Angels Service 

 

Angels Service LLC was founded by a mother who sought to create an easy-to-access service provision platform, not just for her daughter but for the community as a whole—a network to serve those with disabilities and the providers who have the heart and passion to provide the care needed. We are a PASA company providing a multitude of services with independent contractors, employees, volunteers, community partners, and family caregivers. Using this model, we promote strong-minded, self-driven individuals to come together in order to provide high-quality, client-focused care with a care option for everyone!

Every person has something to offer the world around them and is able to live a fulfilling and personally meaningful life. We will use a multitude of skills to help all individuals, of all ages, and their families with various personal needs access their lives and communities by promoting long-term engagement and fulfillment. Through an integrated model of service, and using developmentally appropriate strategies centered on holistic views of lives and desired outcomes, we provide services that will help create and maintain a strong support system for our community and each individual in it.

If you already know someone who is able and willing to provide services and just need to be able to access your waiver funds, let us know. We have an open door policy. If a provider seeks to collaborate with us and meets the eligibility criteria, it doesn't matter if they have one client they work with once a year or work every day—they will be welcomed as part of our community.

When you are a member of the Angels Service community, be it in the client role, provider role or a combination, when we meet we will sit and listen. We will listen to your story, how you got to where you are in life, and where you want to go. Together, we will create an action plan with steps to support you in experiencing the best version of yourself that you want to be.

One of our key components in action plans is a special emphasis on family and social dynamics in order to support you and your goals. This might mean that we see you once a month for a session or multiple times a week, depending on what your personalized comprehensive action plan includes. We offer many services and can work with you to build a plan that we provide or help you locate other agencies or resources to meet your needs.
