- For mild manners agents will receive two notices for each category
- For medium manners agents will receive one notices for each category
For serious manners agents will not receive a Helping Hand Notice but instead, will receive a Next Level Notice and may require additional actions plans or contract remediations.
A Helping Hand Notice will include:
- Personal contact outreach from the Contractor & Compliance care taker
- Written notice via scomm
- Explanation of the item of concern with instruction for action needed, may be time sensitive
Please remember that in order to bill for services for reimbursement an independent contractor must be valid. In order to be valid all documentation, including monthly mandated training must be up to date. Otherwise the independent contractor will be defaulted to volunteer status while they update their documentation with the out-of-compliance policy being followed. If an independent contractor or volunteer does not meet the basic requirements to be a volunteer the agent and clients will be contacted as client contact is prohibited.
If a Helping Hand Notice is not resolved within the parameters listed then agent will move to the next notice level. The next level notice will be one of the following.
- Contract Violation Notice
- Out of Compliance Notice
- Incident of Concern Notice
Depending on the specific circumstances of each situation the repercussions will differ.
Next level notifications will include:
- Personal contact outreach from the Resolution & Review care taker
- Written notice via scomm
- Explanation of the item of concern with instruction for action needed may be time sensitive
