The Respite in the Arts program gives people with disabilities the opportunity to explore various art mediums and activities while experiencing the Art District on Santa Fe and giving their caregivers a break. Each session is led by professional teaching artists and Access Gallery staff members. At this time, we only take participants that are at least 15 years old.

Where: Access Gallery (909 Santa Fe Drive, Denver 80204)
When: Second Saturday and Third Friday of each month
Pricing: We bill group respite at $20 an hour and accept CES, Denver Mil Levy, State, and SLS funding.
Registration: Each session is limited to 10 participants. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified when you are confirmed for the session. If space is not available, you will be placed on the waitlist. When you come the first time, there is an additional form that must be signed by a parent or guardian. Siblings are welcome, with prior approval, if space is available.
